Cancellation Policy
Kindly note that reminder messages are sent out 72hrs in advance this means we would appreciate you confirm that you will be attending or we will assume you are attending the appointment you've booked until we get a confirmation you are unable to attend.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking you must give us at least 48 hours notice. You may transfer your booking fee if the correct notice is given.
Please kindly note that cancelling or rescheduling fees less than 48 hours notice will incur in 50% fee of your booked appointment. Less than 24 hours notice will incur a full payment of your booked appointment. Any outstanding payments will be sent in an invoice, it can be added to your next appointment or if it’s not paid passed onto a debt collection agency.
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation, reschedule or a missed appointment leaves a gap within our books, and it doesn't allow us enough time to fill the appointment with late/no notice.
All cancelations are to be made via either phone, sms or dm via facebook/instagram or online via gettimely.
